In person: Meetings are held the third Monday of the month at 3:30. Meetings are held at varying branches, so you need to contact the library in advance for location information at 314-994-3300.

By mail or e-mail via St. Louis County Representatives. Even though the library board is the governing body of the library, the library does not provide any public contact information for them.
